Stryker have been a client of Prospect Health’s since 2017 and we have successfully placed over 35 new employees with them since this date.

In  this particular case study we look at how we found a TSM in Orthopaedics for Stryker.

  • We initially identified 87 key targets within a 30 mile radius of Stryker’s sales area
  • We screened 52 against or clients rigorous criteria
  • 3 of the candidates were introduced to the client 
  • 2 made it through the 4 stage interview process into the final stage.
  • We finally placed candidate with direct sales experience of 2 years with a competitor. They were able to hit the ground running with existing network and established relationships with surgeons /KOL in the territory..

Medtech case study- Helping a struggling client to recruit a service engineer

Our case study shows how one of our newest clients had been struggling to secure a service engineer for over 6 months.  We then stepped in to help! 

Their previous PSL failed to deliver but we successfully placed a candidate within 12 working days of commencing work on the project.

Helping to recruit a TSM in Pain management for our valued client who was looking to break into a new territory

Our client came to us with the brief of finding a well established medical sales professional, with at least 5 years experience and good contacts in the NHS and private hospital network already established. They were new into the market so wanted an individual who could hit the ground running and deliver quickly.

Medtech case study - Helping to recruit a Robotics Training Specialist
