About the Role:

Our client is seeking an Associate Dentist to take over the books from their outgoing Associate Dentist. Located just 3 hours from Brisbane and are offering a flexible opportunity with brilliant earing prospects. Being 1 of only 2 dental practices in the town of Chinchilla, the books are consistency fully booked. As one of Australia's gold mining towns and agricultural businesses around the area, you will not only serve your immediate community but also those travelling to work in the gold mines and surrounding farms.

Established in 2019, our client's 2-chair dental surgery is a contemporary, community-centered clinic that prides itself on delivering quality dental care in a welcoming environment. Equipped with modern technology, they offer a wide range of services, including general, preventative and cosmetic dentistry. With an experienced, passionate and motivated team that loves what they do and will ensure a smooth transition and support.

Key Duties

• Provide a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages, ensuring high- quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Educate patients on best oral hygiene practices and answering any questions related to dental health.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient and smooth clinic operations
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• You will be supported in implementing a process structure that best compliments your professional skillset.
• You will play a key role in providing services to a wonderful but under-serviced community of Australia who has to wait months to see a dentist.
• There are no KPIs or targets to hit,

• Attractive remuneration package - offering £90,000 guaranteed earning per annum, which you will have no doubt far exceed with a generous commission base of 40% to 42% on sales revenue with an earing potential of up to £180,000

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated word visa (sponsored by the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Willingness to relocate to Chinchilla, Queensland
• Experienced dentist with at least 3-to-5-year experience
