New to Market: Full or part time Dispensing Optician / Dispensing Optician Manager for a well-regarded practice based in Ascot with a loyal clientele.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dispensing Optician to join a successful practice in Ascot on either a full time or part time (min 4 days) bases.

You'll deliver exceptional patient care while working in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Duties

• Provide expert advice on eyewear and lens options
• Assist patients with frame selection and fitting
• Conduct pre-screening tests and ensure smooth clinic operations
• Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, including Saturdays (1 Saturday off per month), may consider alternate Saturdays fur exceptional DO/s
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities and be able to work both independently and as part of a team

Package and Benefits

• Competitive salary: £30,000 - £33,000+ (dependent on experience), this could be negotiated higher for applicants with prior managerial experience who are looking to take on a managerial role
• Performance-related bonuses (up to £500/month)
• GOC fees covered
• 28 days holiday allowance including bank

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registration as a Dispensing Optician with the GOC a must
• Should possess strong knowledge of optical products and services, have a passion for patient care and a desire to grow professionally
• Right to work in the UK required
