Independent small animal practice in Gerrards Cross is seeking a new Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. No OOHs and up to £30,000 depending on experience!

The practice is proudly independent and has a busy case load, with a diverse range of cases seen by the team made up of a single vet and two nurses. As the practice is getting busier, the practice requires a helping hand throughout the day with surgery, inpatient care, ordering and much more!

As the role will involve speaking to clients and keeping them informed on patient care, it is important to the practice that applicants have a friendly disposition and are confident talking to people as this surgery is a local practice at the heart of the community.

This growing practice looks forward to welcoming an RVN of any level of experience to their team, as they are able to offer support to a newly qualified RVN and have a variety of daily duties meaning no two days will be the same.

In return for your hard work, the practice is willing to offer a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, a fantastic work-life balance as well as generous CPD allowance and training which will allow for brilliant career progression opportunities.

Key Duties

• Full time position, 40 hour week ideally over 5 days Monday- Friday but the practice is willing to be flexible for the ideal candidate.
• Weekday hours are between 8.30am- 6.00pm
• Only 1-4 Saturdays between 9.30am- 2.00pm
• No Sundays or OOHs!

Package and Benefits

• Salary between £24,000-£30,000 depending on experience
• 4 Weeks holiday plus bank holidays
• CPD allowance of £500 per year

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Qualified to work as a Registered Vet Nurse
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Open to both newly qualified and more experienced RVNs
