Dispensing Optician Manager Opportunity - Independent in Chester - 40k Salary

An exciting new role for a Practice Manager Dispensing Optician has become available in a well-established high end independent Practice in Chester.

Within this position you will work as part of a tight-knit team of Optical professionals and support staff, that work hard to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service. As well as joining a very successful family run and busy store

You'd be joining a high-quality independent practice, giving every patient a bespoke service. You will be expected to work to the highest professional standards and contribute to the continued success of this excellent company.

Key Duties

• As part of their hard-working and friendly team, you will be expected to bring exceptional patient care and a passion for everything optical to the practice, where every patient is treated on a bespoke basis.
• The importance is on the DO aspect of this role, the management experience isn't 100% necessary but is desirable.
• You will have excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to build strong relationships with your team members, peers, and clients.
• You will be involved in coaching, mentoring, training, and developing the dispensing team and optical assistants.
• 5 days / 40 hours per week - Monday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm.
