• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for a diverse patient base.
• Provide expert advice on eyewear, contact lenses, and eye care.
• Work collaboratively with a team of Optometrists, technicians, and support staff.
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care throughout the process.
• Take an active role in training and mentoring junior staff, if desired.
• Manage and maintain patient records in line with practice protocols.
• Support the director and team in implementing new initiatives for practice development.
