Customer Service Representative Vacancy

Join our client as a Customer Service Representative - Enhance customer experiences within the medical device industry!

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and support for our client's customers. The role involves managing order processes and ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Located within a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and accurate administration.


Territory Details

  • Warsaw, Poland, hybrid (2 days WFH / week)


Key Duties

  • Process daily orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Respond to phone queries promptly, maintaining high service standards.
  • Resolve invoice queries quickly and satisfactorily.
  • Maintain and update customer account files accurately.
  • Conduct pre-order checks and ensure contract orders have signed agreements.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including distributors, to provide professional service.
  • Assist in other product areas to ensure effective departmental operations.
  • Handle and process orders via phone, internet, and correspondence.
  • Enter and maintain customer database records, preparing status reports.
  • Administer all customer orders in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure order accuracy before sending to finance.
  • Meet all Service Level Agreements and KPIs for given tasks.


Package and Benefits

  • Base salary up to PLN 120,000.- & benefits


Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service department, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical.
  • Fluent in Polish with intermediate English proficiency.
  • Experience in an inbound call center, retail, or customer/social service.
  • Patience and maturity to provide immediate solutions to customers.
  • Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to cover additional hours as needed.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel.
