About the Role:
Located in Emerald, a small town, about 6 hour's drive from Townville, our client's modernised practice with its up-to-date equipment and dental technology is currently looking for a qualified dentist to join their fantastic team. As a smaller town, with not a lot of competition around and only 3 dental practices in town, the ability to earn a very high income is something you could look forward to if you join this team. As a general practitioner, you will perform a range of dental services to your community, with the support and guidance of a great team behind you. Not only will you be able to enjoy the slower pace of life and have a great-work life balance with a flexible working environment, but the practice also provides you with some great opportunities for growth and development.

Key Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Provide high-quality care in preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
• Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Maintaining patient records

• Basic retainer salary of £80,000 & earning potential up to £180,000
• 40% commission on monthly sales revenue

• 1 Dentistry CPD per year is paid for by the client

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentist or new graduates
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
• Willingness to relocate to Emerald, Australia
