About the Role:
Townsville is a healthcare hub for Northern Queensland, with a demand for skilled dentists like yourself. Our client, a modernised, 3-chair dental clinic with well-established clientele, provides an environment of growth and professional development. As a full-time dentist, you will have the opportunity to join this clinic, which prides itself on providing exceptional care to the Townsville community. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of dental services, from routine check-ups to advanced restorative and cosmetic procedures. The books for a regional location such as Townville, is always quite fully booked, which will ensure some great earning potential. Key Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Provide high-quality care in preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
• Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Maintaining patient records

• Basic retainer salary of £80,000 & earning potential up to £180,000
• 40% commission on monthly sales revenue

• 1 Dentistry CPD per year is paid for by the client

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentist or new graduates
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
• Willingness to relocate to Townsville, Australia
