About the Role:

As this organisation is growing, our client is currently seeking a full time, motivated and skilled dentist to work across both of their practices in town; a 2-chair clinic and the other, a 3-chair clinic. A dentist with at least 3 to 5 years' experience with a good scope of general dentistry and is well versed in treatments such as periodontics and endodontics would be required, as there are no specialist dental services in town and would need to be referred to the closest city, Mackay. You can ensure to enjoy full books, which can lead to great earning potential. With a supportive work environment, modern facilities and an existing loyal patient base, this role is perfect for an experienced dentists looking for a new challenge.

Key Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Provide high-quality care in preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Maintaining patient records

• Basic retainer salary of £80,000 & earning potential up to £180,000
• 40% commission on monthly sales revenue

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Australia
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentist with at least 3 to 5 years' experience
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
