Our client, located in Townsville, is seeking a full-time, qualified dentist to join their exceptional team of dental professionals. This modern, 3-chair dental practice is equipped with the latest technology and has a loyal, established patient base, many of whom are wealthy farmers who prioritize their health and invest in quality dental care.

Key Duties

• Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
• Maintaining patient records

• Basic retainer salary of $150,000 & earning potential up to $350,000
• 40% commission on monthly sales revenue

• 1 Dentistry CPD per year is paid for by the client

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentist or new graduates
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
• Willingness to relocate to Townsville, Australia
