About the Role:
Situated on the stunning mid-north coast of NSW, in the picturesque town of Nambucca Heads, this modern 3-chair dental practice provides a wide range of services for patients of all ages. The services include preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implants, endodontics, and in-house whitening. With an excellent reputation within the community, this practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to its loyal patient base in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Operating 40 hours per week across 5 days, you'll work alongside a skilled and dedicated team of dental professionals, with ample opportunities for professional development within the extensive Australasian network of the organization. Backed by strong management and a friendly team, the practice offers a calm, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients. Key Duties
- Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
- Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
- Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
- Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
- Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
- Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
- Maintaining patient records

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Willingness to relocate to Australia
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
- Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
- Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
- Strong experience in general dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
- Experienced dentists or new graduates
- Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
