Nestled in the picturesque Avalon Beach, this practice has been serving the local community and its surrounding areas for over 25 years. The team prides itself on providing top-tier, affordable dental care, including dental implants, general treatments, cosmetic work, and more. This respected practice is looking to welcome a passionate and experienced general dentist to their close-knit team. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped environment featuring the latest dental technologies and multiple high-quality treatment rooms. This full-time (five days per week) position is ideal for a dentist seeking long-term career growth in a thriving practice. You'll be supported by a skilled administrative and clinical team, with access to a Clinical Advisory Board and opportunities for continuous professional development through discounted CPD programs and the Clinician Development Program.

Key Duties

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to all age groups.
• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care.
• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans.
• Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice.
• Maintaining patient records.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate to Australia.
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client.)
• Hold unrestricted APHRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentists or new graduates.
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team.
