Key Duties
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm with Saturdays 8:30am-12pm. 1 in 4 weekends off
- The practice is closed on Sundays and bank holidays ensuring work life balance
- Provide high-quality optical dispensing and patient care
- Collaborate with the team to maintain excellent service standards
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- The successful applicant will be required to perform pre-screenings, adjustments / repairs, book appointments, assist with stock selection and be comfortable dispensing to all levels
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
Package and Benefits
- Competitive salary: £23,300 (OA) to £26,000-£29,000 (DO) depending on experience

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- Qualified Dispensing Optician preferred; consideration for experienced Optical Assistants with a minimum of 1 year experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to high standards of patient care
