An amazing opportunity to join a practice/shop located in Wimborne, who are seeking a new Branch/Assistant Manager to work full-time.

Excellent customer service is vital to the success of your branch and our training will equip you with the technical, commercial and managerial skills required to build, motivate and lead an efficient and effective branch team.

Your Regional Manager will work closely with you. Their role is one of support and encouragement to help you and your branch realise your full potential.

Key Duties

Branch Manager role

• Practice hours: 9am to 5m Monday - Saturday with Sundays closed.
• Patient care and fashion focused
• To provide excellent customer service
• Staff training
• Purchasing stock
• Hiring and disciplinaries
• Rotas
• Assessing practice KPIs or financial data

Package and Benefits

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience as a manager in Optics
