Lead Veterinary Surgeon Role, Poole

Lead vet vacancy with salary up to £75,000. 6 weeks holidays, Uncapped CPD allowance and all overtime paid. 4 day week with 1 in 5 weekends and no OOH's.

A fantastic opportunity awaits you in Poole, Dorset as a lead vet. Our client is a 7-vet practice with a highly experienced team, looking for a veterinary surgeon to focus largely on clinical lead duties.

With a team of seven qualified vets, including a small animal medicine advanced practitioner and several members of the team studying towards certifications, you'll be working with a group dedicated to continuing their education and growth. With ten registered veterinary nurses and two student veterinary nurses, you'll have a supportive team backing you up every step of the way.

This role offers flexibility in working hours, with a 4-day working week, fully paid 90-minute lunch break and 30-minute admin break on your longer days. You'll be required to work one weekend in five, with Saturday hours of 8:30-6pm (1 hour lunch) and Sunday hours of 10:30-4:30pm (30-minute lunch). With no out-of-hours responsibilities, you'll have the time and support you need to focus on providing the best possible care for your patients.

The package on offer includes a salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000, with all overtime paid, 6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, and an uncapped CPD allowance. You'll also have VDS, BVA, RCVS, and BSAVA fees covered.
