Multi-vet practice seeking new vet! 4 day working week, 1 in 5 weekends and no OOH's. Salary up to £60,000 and all overtime paid!

An amazing opportunity has arisen within this seven-vet practice, located in an idyllic spot on the South Coast! The successful applicant will be joining a vastly experienced and passionate team, who care deeply about the work that they carry out and also each other. Regular group discussions take place within the practice to ensure that everybody is happy on all fronts and the rota listed within this advert was actually designed by the entire team, you truly have a voice with this employer!

This is a full-time position and the rota at present consists of 3 longer days(8pm or 7:30pm finishes) and then 1 shorter day (8:30-12pm), so you could argue that it is closer to a 3.5 day week! This is the rota that the existing team have agreed upon but there is scope for flexibility if that doesn't quite work for you. You will work every 1 in 5 weekends and there is no on call involved with this role.

The welfare and happiness of the team is paramount with this practice and the best examples of this relate to their attitude towards overtime and your daily breaks. We have found over the years that overtime being paid or the lack of it is a consistently contentious issue in the veterinary world, in this instance though, all overtime is paid. In addition to this, you will have a 90 minute lunch break each day, followed by a 30 minute admin slot. Both of these are also paid.

A very competitive salary will be on offer along with 5 weeks holiday and an uncapped CPD allowance. The practice already boasts several certificate holders and vets training towards certificates as it stands, this is something that they are more than happy to support you with if it is something that you are hoping to do.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
