Territory Sales - South & East Yorkshire - Postural care Products

TERRIOTRY SALES - Established Existing business - South Yorkshire & East Yorkshire.

I am currently supporting an exciting new client who specialise in a range of Capital & Postural Care products used in the Hospital, Community, Care Home and Education Setting. We are working with them to identify talented, relationship focussed sales professionals to join their highly established commercial team as they continue to expand their UK team.

They are a fast growing SME UK Manufacturer who have a significant global parent company and are currently growing their sales force here in the UK but also in the US, Australia and European regions.

Key Duties

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop trust and sustainable professional relationships with clinicians.
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer and colleague communications.
  • To be conversant with sales strategies for all products.
  • To plan and achieve a minimum of four appointments per day.
  • Be competent and safe in the clinical application of all Symmetrikit products.
  • Deliver training demonstrations to clinicians, carers, families, and end users to ensure safe and effective use of products.
  • Produce timely quotations for products.
  • Record business activities on the CRM system.
  • Retain existing customers.
  • Research and identify potential new customers.
  • Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.
  • Deal promptly with complaints.

Package and Benefits

  • £35k basic salary
  • Picking up existing established territory - Year one realistic bonus £10-20k, 15-£30k year 2
  • Company van due to products
  • Winder company package

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience
  • 2 years experience in a sales role.
  • UK Driving Licence.
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
