Job Summary

• Fantastic just released prospect for a patient focussed Dispensing Optician now available with fully independent practice in Colchester
• Our client has a superb reputation in the area accrued through it's many years of exceptional patient care and service, where test times are up to circa 45 minutes and you will be working with cutting edge testing equipment including OCT, Optomap and digital measuring equipment

Key Duties

• Full time is preferred although open to 4 days a week with all Saturdays to then be worked
• Monday - Friday working hours are 8:45am - 5pm and Saturdays are 8:45am - 4pm with a 45minutes break time
• Opportunity to work in a clinically varied environment that caters to both NHS and more higher end private clientèle of all age groups with our client's proven track record of assisting patient's even with the most challenging clinical needs
• Maintain the practices excellent reputation through exceptional patient care and recommend from a choice of beautiful bespoke frames to best suit patient needs

Package and Benefits

• Base salary up to £34,000 depending on level of experience
• GOC and ABDO fees Paid in Full
• 25 days plus 8 days bank holiday is provided

• Earlier finish on a Saturday

• Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered Dispensing Optician on the GOC with at least 3 years experience
• Must hold full right to work in the UK
