NEW VACANCY: We are on the hunt for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join a highly-established independent practice in the Manchester area either on a full-time or part-time basis.

General working hours of Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM - 4:30PM

Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays

Key Duties

• Receive a generous salary which is fully negotiable dependent upon experience up to £38,000
• Professional and learning fees paid for

• Provide exceptional customer service and patient care
• Assist with the selection, fitting, and dispensing of eyewear

Package and Benefits

• Competitive salary: £38,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
• No work required on bank holidays or Sunday

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• All applicants MUST be registered with the GOC as a Dispensing Optician
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work Saturdays (9:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Flexibility offered with the option to work 2 Saturdays per month
• Must have the right to work in the UK
