Optometrist Opportunity at Superb Independent Practice in Greater Manchester . No weekends!

An independent practice which is renowned in the area for its excellent customer service, is seeking to employ a full time Optometrist.

Enjoy working with a team of knowledgeable, experienced, and professional eye care experts who collectively provide their customers with the highest level of service.

As an Optometrist, you will ensure patients receive expert eye examinations, adhere to the highest clinical standards, and comply with NHS guidelines.

The practice has earned a loyal following of patients in the local area because of its exceptional patient care which is exemplified with their 45 minute test times!

Key Duties

• Full time position with little to no weekend work allowing great work-life balance.
• 45 - minute test times
• Pre-screen completed by OA
• Open 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00 13:00 Saturdays
• Experienced Optical staff working in the practice to support you in your role
• Access to OCT, Autorefractor, Field Screen, Slit lamp with Ocufy, Blephex, Dry Eye Analyser, Keratometer, Trial Frame and Non-contact Tonometer.

Package and Benefits

• Salary of circa £40,000 and £50,000+ negotiable depending on experience

Key Skills and Qualifications

• GOC Registered
• A willingness to grow and develop professionally
• Keen on delivering Clinical Excellence
• Demonstrated history of excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Understanding of optometrists' role in store KPIs such as conversion rate, new contact lens fittings.
• A drive to be a strong team player.
• Have the right to work in the UK
