Looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician Practice Manager to join our team of Opticians and Audiologists in Hampshire.

A high-end, independent practice fitted with the most up to date optical equipment, a wide variety of frame ranges and a friendly team of professionals working together to provide exceptional patient care.

Salaries start at around £38,000 - £40,000 but can increase depending on experience with additional bonus earnings.

The practice is open from Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm with Sundays closed.

Key Duties

• Dispensing Optician Practice Manager
• The position is full-time at 40 hours per week.
• Practice Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Someone who is passionate and ambitious, with confidence in their skills.
• Friendly and helpful disposition
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous management experience is necessary.
• Must be clinically minded and commercially aware
• Good understanding of KPI's
