Welcoming confident sole testers of all levels of experience, from Newly Qualified Optometrists to Established Optometrists seeking to further their career in Optics. This close-knit team enjoys a manageable workload, with flexible testing times ranging from 20 to 40 minutes, erasure that both patient care and efficiency are prioritised by the Optometrist who can work autonomously.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, commercially aware Optometrist who can work independently and autonomously while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.

Key Duties
- Full-time working pattern, 5 days including Saturdays
- Working hours are from 10am to 6pm
- Modern and inviting clinical practice
- Working alongside an experienced owner and tenured team including a store manager and optical assistant
- Excellent team spirit where they value each employee's hard work and commitment and understand that these are the key factors in the driving force behind success
- Build long lasting relationships with customers, contributing to patient loyalty
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and contribute to the growth of the business
Package and Benefits
- Competitive salary between £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
- Potential for a highly lucrative bonus
- 28 days holiday allowance including bank holidays
Key Skills and Qualifications
- GOC registered as a fully qualified Optometrist
- Right to work in the UK
- Applications welcome from Optometrists of all levels of experience including soon to qualify Optometrist approaching OSCE in the upcoming months
