Are you a student Optometrist looking for an exciting Pre-Registration placement in one of Central London's most well-regarded independent practices? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a team that will support your clinical development every step of the way.

Our client is an established practice, with over a century of excellence in providing high-quality eyecare, and they are now looking to welcome a Pre-Registration Optometrist to their team. This is a full-time, mid-week only role, based across two ultra-modern locations in the heart of London, both just 8 minutes' walking distance apart.

You will be supported by a team of experienced Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians (DOs), Optical Assistants (OAs), and a hands-on Store Manager, as well as a dedicated Director who is involved in the day-to-day clinical work. Key Duties

  • Full-time mid-week working pattern, 5 days Monday to Friday
  • Multi-site role, alternating weeks on a set rota
  • Working hours are from 8:45am to 5:15pm
  • Perform routine eye examinations under supervision, learning and applying clinical techniques using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
  • Work closely with an experienced team to gain practical knowledge and experience in the day-to-day operations of a busy independent practice.
  • Assist in the delivery of exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
  • Take part in regular professional development opportunities, as you prepare for full registration.

Package and Benefits

  • Salary c. £22,500 with an up lift to circa. £50,000 FTE once qualified
