Join a thriving practice where you can make a real impact, lead a dedicated team, and help shape the future of veterinary medicine. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Managing Veterinarian to take on a leadership role in our practice.
What You Will Do:
As the Managing Veterinarian, you will be at the heart of both clinical and operational management, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and continues to grow. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leadership & Strategy: Oversee the day-to-day management of the practice's clinical and administrative/financial operations, with the full support of our central team. You will develop and execute strategies that drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth-both clinically and financially.
• Team Development & Recruitment: Lead, mentor, and inspire our dedicated veterinary team, ensuring they receive the support and training they need to thrive. You will play a key role in recruiting new talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Supportive Community: Become part of our unique "By Veterinarians for Veterinarians" network, where you can regularly exchange ideas, share insights, and receive support from fellow veterinary professionals.
• Generous Benefits: Enjoy a range of benefits including a company pension scheme, a givve Card as a benefit card, and regulated working hours with vacation time to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.
• Family-Friendly & Supportive: We offer additional support if you need help finding accommodation or childcare, as well as access to our Viva Family Service for a family-friendly work environment.
• Travel Benefits: Benefit from the Germany Ticket, providing you with affordable and convenient transportation options as part of your job package.
• Growth & Development: We are committed to your ongoing education and offer substantial financial support for your professional development. Stay ahead in the field with opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
• Innovative Environment: We value fresh ideas and welcome new initiatives. You will have the freedom to shape the future of our practice, contributing to its growth and evolution.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking veterinarian with a passion for leadership and excellence in patient care. To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Experience: At least 6 years of practical experience as a veterinarian, with a strong foundation in clinical practice, especially in internal medicine and surgery.
• Leadership Skills: While prior leadership experience is a plus, it's not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead, inspire, and support a team.
• Commitment to Excellence: A proactive mindset with a focus on providing high-quality care, both for animals and the veterinary team.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with key regulations in veterinary practice, including occupational safety, occupational medicine, and data protection.
