As a Sales Representative for Endoscopy, you will be a key player in representing our company as a leader in the industry. You will assist in selling, promoting, and marketing our products to a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will actively contribute to customer education in the field, working closely with the sales manager to foster greater customer engagement and drive commercial success.
You will need to be driven, strategic, commercially minded, solutions focussed and have a proven track record is consultative selling.
Hospital sales is preferred but not essential - if you have a desire to get into Medtech sales and have a zest for sales - this could be your chance!

As a Sales Representative for Endoscopy, you will be a key player in representing our company as a leader in the industry. Key Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, driving recurring sales cycles and consistent growth.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, while planning and executing quarterly and annual business plans, exploring existing revenue streams, and driving acquisitions within the territory.
- Manage capital sales cycles for high-value products.
- Provide timely and consistent reporting on key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports.
- Offer training and support to surgeons and operating room staff on the operation and use of Endoscopy products.
- Attend sales training sessions, trade shows, and other internal and external events to promote and increase visibility for the company's products.
- Achieve territory financial targets through effective customer management and new business development.
Package and Benefits
- £30k fixed basic but direct % of sales -- On target is a staggering £80k

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Ideally, a BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or business-based subject or equivalent experience
- Proven successful sales experience
- The ability to translate clinical benefits of medical products to economic value to HCP's and confident using financial based selling applications
- A valid UK drivers' license
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and healthcare professionals including surgeons
- Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
- Confident using CRM systems
- If you have experience within surgical sales, or capital sales within an NHS pathway, this is highly desirable
