Clinical Support Specialist / Associate Endoscopy - East UK

Clinical training Specialist / associate role working with a specialist Endoscopic business established in the UK with wider global footprint forecasting extremely exciting times ahead.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the medical devices industry who has exposure in a clinical role and is motivated to utilise those clinical skills with a device manufacturer.
Job Summary
We are supporting our client to secure a highly talented, motivated, clinically focused professional who is keen to transition into commercial providing clinical case support and developing commercial skills for future development.

In this role you will be providing clinical support and training to existing and new accounts, ensuring that the clinical teams are provided with excellent product training and support.

You will work closely with the sales manager, getting exposure to a specialist in the Endoscopy market and develop your skills to flourish within the device industry.

This is a surgical role and candidates will be working with surgeons and wider clinical professionals in the theatre setting and endoscopy suite on a daily basis.

Candidates looking to be considered must have experience of the clinical setting, ideally Endoscopy.


Territory Details

  • Supporting a manageable number of clients across the UK - typically between Newcastle and London (eastern focussed).
  • Ideal candidate location would be - Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester


Key Duties

  • Promoting the businesses endoscopy offering by working closely with the Sales Manager in specific hospitals across the UK
  • Working with the existing field based team to deliver, install, maintain and support the medical products and associated equipment in the territory.
  • Supporting users as and when required to facilitate the use of the endoscopy products, including training, educational events and case support


Package and Benefits

  • Basic salary £33,000 - £43,000
  • Bonus - circa 20%
  • Company car or car allowance, Pension Etc


Key Skills, Qualifications and Client requirements

  • Candidates must be degree educated within healthcare science or comparable field
  • Candidates must have a strong understanding of the NHS and working within a clinical environment - having a nursing background would be highly desirable for our client
  • Candidates must be motivated, ambitious, ethical, highly organised and a team player.
  • Candidates must be personable and adaptable, with strong relationship building & communication skills
