This well established, independent practice is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Optometrist to join their team in North Aberdeenshire, Scotland on a, preferably, full time basis.

Whether you're nearly/newly qualified or an experienced Optometrist, this is a great opportunity to join a successful independent practice and really progress your career!

Based within a friendly modern practice, fitted with all the latest equipment, the practice prides itself in offering exceptional patient care and have developed an excellent reputation within the local area with a loyal client following. You are treated to 40 minute test times and working with only the highest quality frames and lenses too!

If you are looking for an opportunity to progress your Optometry career and have real ownership over how you practice Optometry, then this could be a great opportunity for you to become part of a highly organised team.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is passionate about Optometry, really cares for their patients and wishes to endeavour to provide the highest level of primary care, keen to work with the Practice Managers and Practice Team to grow and build on the practice's existing success.

The practice itself is located in the glorious county of Aberdeenshire. There is so much fabulous countryside to be admired, from the impressive Cairngorms to the beautiful rugged and sandy coastline. It is a beautiful place to not only live, but work too!

Key Duties

• 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday with absolutely no weekend work!
• Be an enthusiastic and passionate team player
• Work with a range of high end frames and quality lenses
• 30-40 minute testing times
• The ability to balance both the clinical and commercial aspects of the role.
