We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our well-established pharmacy client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer care and leading a dedicated team. With a high-volume, 6,000-item pharmacy, you'll be overseeing operations while maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.
Key Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe and effective dispensing of prescriptions
- Lead, train, and support a team of experienced pharmacy staff
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies
- Drive and monitor the performance of the pharmacy, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure stock control, ordering, and inventory management are efficient and accurate
- Provide professional advice and support to patients on over-the-counter medication, prescriptions, and health advice
Package and Benefits
- Working hours- 5 days per week (Will consider 4 days per week)
- £26-£28 per hour

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC number
- Previous management experience in a busy pharmacy environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for patient care and delivering an outstanding service
