Reporting to our senior managers, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract as well as local and private services. We believe in ensuring our Pharmacy Managers have the skills to manage their pharmacies within a well-developed framework. You will be supported through business needs-based investment and staff development, to help us achieve our vision of providing an exceptional service to our local communities.
- IP progression offered and supported if not already gained
Key Duties
- Have a passion for community pharmacy.
- Able to build a strong team and lead them by example, getting the best out of them, even under pressure.
- Know how to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Have the skills to achieve outstanding patient care.
- Be a confident GPhC registered pharmacist manager with a sense of adventure!
