Key Duties

The senior consultant is responsible for organizing, monitoring, and maintaining the clinical services provided within
the department in order to achieve the highest possible level of patient care with optimum utilization of the available
resources. Senior consultants are role models of physician leadership and management as well as application of
medical expertise in the exemplary care of patients.

Key Skills and Qualifications

1. Medical Expertise and Clinical experience:

  • Board of Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from American or European Board or any western board.
  • 10 or more years of experience in PM&R, with a deep understanding of a wide range of rehabilitation therapies and individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience in developing program-based Rehabilitation.

2. Leadership and Administration:

  • Experience in Executive leadership roles leading the medical team in Rehabilitation Hospitals.
  • Experience in leading Multidisciplinary team and the ability to collaborate effectively with Physicians various therapy services and allied health disciplines.

3. Research Achievements:

  • Research publications and presentations in reputable medical journals and conferences.
  • Experience with involvement in clinical and translational research, contributing to advancements in PM&R practices.
