Audiologist /Hearing Aid Dispenser

Please read on to find out more about a multi-site Audiologist/RHAD role at a well established, highly regarded group of practices.

The role would be partly working in branches near the Market Drayton area of Shropshire for 2 days a week, with the other 3 days working across Medical Centres across Stafford and Wolverhampton.

The working hours would be Monday to Friday 9AM to 5/5:30 including a 30 minute to one hour lunch.

The role is at a very well established group where you would be working alongside a highly experienced team of passionate health care professionals. There is also a pre existing extensive list of clients you will be servicing.

The facilities are superb and you would be offered great support and leadership. There is an extensive induction program for new starters and a high level of mentoring ongoing.

The company already work with a range of leading aid manufacturers.

Key Duties

• Monday- Friday with working hours 9am-5/5:30pm including a 30 minute to one hour lunch break (Full time is preferred but part time can also be considered three to five days per week)
• Multi-site, branch based opportunity
• Offer excellent service levels with a focus on customer care that is tailored to each individual patient's needs
• Work positively with a future focussed growing team of like-minded health care professionals
• Be flexible to work in the Market Drayton Area and surrounding areas
• Be confident in engaging with new clients, customers and like-minded professional

Package and Benefits

• Basid of minimum £40,000 plus, dependant on experience
• 28 days holiday including bank which increases with tenure
• Generous and very realistic OTE earnings of £50,000 - £60,000 OTE with bonus

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Applicants MUST be registered with the HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser
• Must have 1+years of private experience as a qualified Audiologist / RHAD as you will be required to work independently
• UK Drivers license essential
• Right to work in the UK required
• Must have a real passion for Audiology and customer care
• Looking for outgoing candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
