Job Summary

This is an exciting multi-site clinic-based Audiologist / RHAD position based in the West Midlands / Shropshire area with a fully independent employer with very realistic travel expectations.

Our client offers a truly patient centred approach to fully private patient base allowing the opportunity to treat each patient on a case-by-case basis with generous testing times permitted to conduct thorough hearing tests, fitting, dispensing and after care
You will enjoy a non-commercially pressurised role so you can focus on your patients' needs and where innovation and resourcefulness are encouraged

Key Duties

• Full or part time (minimum 3 days) available midweek with working hours 9:00am 5:00pm, 30 minute lunch and no weekends allowing you to have a superb work life balance
• Must be able to conduct high quality hearing tests, fittings, dispensing & after care to a fully private customer base with superb levels of communication and attention to detail
• Opportunity for further development in speciality clinical services like tinnitus and vestibular.
• Pre-organised clinics/diary where you will know well in advance your schedule
• Limited domiciliary working required c. 5 appointments per month within local area
• Work together with the rest of the team to develop, improve and grow existing Audiology clinics
• Lead and run hearing aid clinics, with the flexibility and freedom to fit hearing aids from all the manufacturers and to develop these clinics to improve patient outcomes

Package and Benefits

• Generous basic salary between £38,000 £43,000 FTE depending on experience
• Generous uncapped commission structure
• Mileage covered and parking costs covered
• Holiday allowance 34 days including bank holidays + your birthday off
• Access to quality training in areas such as tinnitus and potential development into more senior roles

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• HCPC registered essential
• Must be accredited to perform wax removal via microsuction
• A clean drivers licence & access to own vehicle required
• Open to all qualified levels of experience
• Successful applicants will be able to show a genuine interest in and an up to date knowledge of the latest developments and technologies in our field and how these developments can assist our customers and benefit our service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential
• Experienced in Audiological assessment and hearing aid fitting including: PTA full assessment, tympanometry, REMS
• Right to work in UK required
