Optometrist, Shrewsbury, full time, basic up to c.£65,000.

Job Summary

• You will enjoy relaxed 30 minutes testing, including pre- screen in a non-pressurized environment
• The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, clinically proficient and have a passion for quality patient care with a strong background in senior care

Key Duties

• Full time role working Tuesday - Saturday with no Sundays required
• General working hours of 9am-5.30pm and flexible testing time of 30 minutes
• Working alongside an experienced and tenured team including qualified and experienced support staff
• Having access to specialist equipment for diagnosis, testing and issuing prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses
• Excellent team spirit where they value each employee's hard work and commitment and understand that these are the key factors in the driving force behind success

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered with the General Optical Counsil as a qualified Optometrist
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Optometrist
• Rights to work in the UK
