• Salaries start at around £34,505 but can increase depending on experience.
• The practice is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday with Sundays closed.

• This is an ideal position of an experienced Dispensing Optician with a strong commercial mindset. You will need to possess strong communication skills with a strong aptitude for people management, ensuring you are able to lead, motivate and guide the team.

• 5 days a week available
• Practice Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday
• ROTA: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• Report directly into the Area Manager
• Managing the customer relationships, ensuring customer levels of satisfaction remain at their targeted level
• Deliver business results by promoting strategies within branch to enhance performance
• Planning for the future. Setting and achieving realistic business goals by establishing priorities, actions and milestones
• Guiding your team, ensuring they remain motivated and continue to excel within their defined roles
• Enhancing branch growth

• Salary: up to £41,200. per annum
