Neurovascular Sales Representative - 12 month FTC - Manchester, Leeds, Hull & Birmingham.

In this role you will be working in the theatre setting providing key case support, surgeon guidance and delivering full territory management to deliver continued excellent results. You will have the support of experienced colleagues and work closely with them to achieve success within this role.

Experience of selling in the hospital setting is required for this role.

This is a fixed term 12 month contract but there will be a strong chance of the role going permanent either within this business unit or another specialism - no guarantees though.


Key Duties

As a Neurovascular Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to sell products that save our patients' lives. This is not just a job; it is a career where you can grow, be developed and gain organizational influence by taking a career path which can move in many different directions.

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team to serve key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders. You will own many aspects of the business and will help advance the sales effort to include a broader array of stakeholders such as non-clinical buyers.

Demonstrating your ability to create longer term strategic plans, you will play a critical role in supporting pricing and strategic negotiations with clear tactics and implementation methods focusing on the return on investment. Systematically tracking your territory progress and forecasting sales, you'll proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal.

  • Key account management of a major trauma centre providing product support and active case coverage on a daily basis
  • Managing existing business, looking to expand relationships and targeting new business/competitor accounts.
  • Build brand awareness and expand on an outstanding client with an excellent reputation.
  • Provide a professional and intuitive sales experience for all clients
  • Carry out the complete sales cycle, interacting with all professional partners both internally and externally
  • You will receive market leading training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management and internal sources


Package and Benefits

  • £40k - £50k Basic - Depending on experience
  • Bonus - Circa £29k - Quarterly
  • Car Allowance or Executive level company car
  • Pension, training, medical


Key Skills, Qualifications and Client requirements

  • The successful candidate will have ideally sold to surgeons in the theatre setting or have hospital sales experience
  • You will be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellence
  • Must be degree educated ideally in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
  • Candidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, highly organised and a strong communicator
