Join our client's team as a Customer Service Specialist in the Medical Device industry!

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team. The role involves handling and recording orders, maintaining customer relationships, and providing support with speed and professionalism. The position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the direct sales organization.

Key Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding products and delivery.
• Process orders, confirm POs, communicate delivery timelines, and propose alternatives.
• Control daily invoices, ensure price conformity, and issue customer credits.
• Follow up on overdue payments, send reminders, and maintain ERP system data.
• Manage quality complaints and product recalls in coordination with the QA department.
• Archive customer service documentation for audits and support the sales team with reports and marketing materials.
• Assist with tenders by providing documents and preparing samples.

Package and Benefits

• Base salary up to £25,000.- DOE, 28 days holiday (+ bank holidays), company benefits

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Customer Service experience in the Medical Device industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service-focused mentality.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good understanding of IT systems with excellent user skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and accountable with clear communication abilities.
