Export Customer Service Support Specialist Vacancy

Join our client's team as an Export Customer Service Support in East Midlands, UK!

We are seeking an experienced Export Customer Service Support professional to join our client's customer service team in the East Midlands (Derby/Burton upon Trent). The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to the EMEA export partners and customers, supporting over 50 countries with interventional medical devices.


Territory Details

  • Office based


Key Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service to export partners and customers in the EMEA region.
  • Handle and record distribution orders and organize international shipments.
  • Issue and ensure compliance of import/export documentation.
  • Collaborate with an EMEA Customer Service team of 6 and a wider EMEA team of over 40 colleagues.
  • Support sales and customer service for interventional medical devices.


Package and Benefits

  • Base salary up to £30,000.- and company benefits


Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical devices or a similar industry.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • High proficiency with MS Office and experience with export documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, highly organized, and service-minded.
  • Experience with QAD preferred.
