Join Our Client's Team as an Export Customer Service Support Specialist!

Deliver top-tier service to EMEA partners and customers.

We are seeking an Export Customer Service Support Specialist to manage international shipments, provide exceptional customer service, and support our client's well-established partners across the EMEA region. This role is based in our client's office in the East Midlands area of the UK (Derby/Burton upon Trent).

Territory Details

  • Office based, n/a


Key Duties

  • Manage export orders and international shipments
  • Handle import/export documentation for over 50 countries
  • Support sales for Interventional medical devices
  • Collaborate with a team of 6 within the EMEA customer service division
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation


Package and Benefits

  • Base salary up to £30,000.- DOE, wider company benefits


Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or export support
  • Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of export processes
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Medical Devices or related industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
