Situated in the heart of Newcastle under Lyme, our client's practice boasts a large team of experienced vets, dedicated nurses, and skilled support staff, all with varied levels of expertise. Their state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology, including laparoscopic kit, brand new digital X-ray, dental X-ray, endoscope and ECG. With a strong and loyal client base, they are committed to providing the highest standard of care to their patients.

Key Duties

This is a full-time position, but our client is open to discussing part-time arrangements to accommodate your needs. Many of their full-time vets opt for a 4-day work week, and they are flexible to explore scheduling that suits you. You'll enjoy an hour for lunch and dedicated admin time daily, ensuring a well-balanced work schedule.

Saturdays shifts are 8.30am- 2pm on a 1 in 3.5 rota and no Sunday, bank holiday or OOHs commitments, making for a fantastic work-life balance.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Registered on the RCVS as a Vet Surgeon
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Ideally 1 year post qualification
  • Surgical bias would be an advantage but not needed
