Optometrist, Full Time, Edmonton Green, £50000 to £60000 FTE.

We are looking for a dedicated and commercially aware Optometrist to join our reputable client's thriving practice. Part-time or full-time available working in a modern, well equipped practice.

Their practice boasts a loyal client base, being 18 years in the business, cultivating an excellent team ethic, and low staff turnover. Do apply as soon as possible to be part of a friendly and efficiently run clinic. 30 minute testing times.

Situated in a market town community with easy access to a nearby train station (line to Victoria).

Working with a friendly client base and an experienced team fosters a loyal and supportive environment, with state-of-the-art equipment: (OCT, auto refractor, tonometer, fields machine, fundus camera and photopter) which makes operations efficient and practical.

They support and sponsor clinical progression and would prefer a more experienced Optometrist, MECS and experience with pre and post cataract care. This energetic, fast paced practice is looking for the right fit to from part of an already stellar and cohesive team.

Key Duties

• Conduct routine eye tests and contact lens work.
• Experience with pre and post cataract care as well as ongoing patient support
• Maintain commercial awareness to drive practice growth and success.
• Provide excellent care to a client base transitioning from 35% NHS to private.
• Primarily serve adult patients with a high average dispensing value.
• Achieve high conversion rates (65%) and manage an expected 17-18 tests per day, where pre-screening is done by a team member.
