Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
Qualifications:

• RCVS registered veterinary surgeon
• Certificate in ECC an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years working in an ECC environment
• Coaching or mentoring experience an advantage

Skills and abilities:

• Excellent clinical ECC knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable leadership capabilities
• Proven ability to coach and mentor
• Proactive mindset and ability to show initiative
• Problem-solving mentality with a solutions-based approach
• Ability to work logically under pressure
• Confident but aware of limitations
