The role is at a high achieving practice boasting a high QOF score and Good CQC report. The practice is a training practice offering support for those GPs wishing to get involved in teaching and training as well as support and mentorship for newly qualified GPs. There is also support on offer for GPs wishing to develop an interest area and potentially run specialist clinics. The surgery itself is extremely well staffed with an excellent existing team of GP Partners and Salaried GPs, a comprehensive team of allied healthcare professionals and a superb management and clerical support team meaning admin etc is very well managed. The surgery are committed to offering their staff a healthy worklife balance and sustainable, well managed workload.

Key Duties

• 6-8 Sessions Available
• Optional view to Partnership
• Well managed workload of 12-15 consults per session
• Well managed admin
• Training practice
• Strong and stable existing team of Partners and Salaried GPs
• Use Systm One
• Low home visits
• Comprehensive clinical support team including ANP's Paramedics and PA's
• Excellent and supportive management team

• List size of circa 13,000
• Purpose built surgery
