Are you an experienced professional in tender management and contracts within the healthcare industry? Our client, a leading global medical company, is seeking a Tenders & Contracts Specialist to support their commercial operations in Belgium.

Key Duties

In this key position, you will:

• Manage the full tender and contract lifecycle, from coordination to submission.
• Develop compelling bid content and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
• Support pricing coordination and contribute to commercial analysis.
• Optimize processes by maintaining tender libraries and improving tools.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Package and Benefits

Base salary up to €4,800.- / month + 7.5% bonus, pension & medical insurance

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in tender management within healthcare.
• Strong project management & organizational skills.
• Excellent communication & writing abilities.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for handling large data sets.
• A proactive team player who thrives under deadlines.
• Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Dutch/Flemish (mandatory).
