Territory Manager Role, Surgical Instruments

Medical Sales role working with growing, high end, reputable products in the technical surgical setting.

The firm is a successful UK based business, who have a strong footprint across Europe, have grown at a fantastic rate over the last 20 years and work across a number of different therapy areas in the surgical, hospital and community setting.

The companies Surgical offering is highly reputable, with a strong footprint currently, which alongside recent acquisition, means you'll be inheriting good base business but also numerous opportunities to continue to grow business.

The territory will cover hospitals Scotland and the North East, and will require you to be field based on a regular basis.

You'll be working closely with the consultants, theatre and department managers, procurement, nursing staff and wider clinical teams.

They are able to provide full training, and a thorough planned on-boarding process with the company, so you will become a product expert.

Key Duties

  • You will manage current accounts in key areas but also develop new hospital's in line with growth plan.
  • Train product knowledge and support surgical cases, expanding on client base.
  • Provide a professional and intuitive sales experience for all clients.
  • Carry out the complete sales cycle, interacting with all professional partners both internally and externally.
  • You will receive full training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management and internal sources.

  • £38k £48k Basic Salary

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' medical devices sales experience, ideally in hospital and with exposure to the surgical environment.
  • Ideally you will be degree educated, in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
  • You will be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellence in the hospital environment
  • Candidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, and highly organised and a strong communicator
  • Full UK drivers licence
