Job Summary

  • Join our established team of hearing care professionals in a vibrant, single-clinic environment
  • Option to work full or part time 3 -5 days per week 9:00am-5:30pm with 30 minute break (alternate Saturdays are required for this role)
  • Working closely with business owners who are keen to offer support to all levels of experience and can offer fantastic development prospects for those who are keen to develop in to more senior roles longer term
  • You'll benefit from working in a bustling, contemporary practice equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic facilities and a soundproof booth, ensuring the highest standard of care for your clients
  • This role provides the perfect balance of clinical excellence and commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering outstanding hearing care to a diverse clientèle. You'll also have the chance to expand your skills in wax removal services, with comprehensive training provided


Key Duties

  • Deliver top-tier hearing care services to a varied client base, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence
  • Opportunity to develop skills in wax removal services, with full training provided
  • Work closely with supportive business owners who are committed to your professional growth and development, with potential for progression into senior roles
  • Engage proactively in commercial activities, with incentives available for private sales


Package and Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary up to £45,000 DOE, with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Open to all levels of experience, including newly qualified Audiologists / RHAD's, provided you are HCPC registered or eligible for registration
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Full UK drivers license
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment and be confident in working independently and in teams
