Our client, an established first-opinion small animal practice, nestled within reach of both the city and the serene countryside, is eagerly seeking a new Clinical Director to join their esteemed team.

Founded in 2006, this practice has been serving the community with dedication and excellence. With a team comprising 5 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 ACA, 3 receptionists, and a Practice Manager, this practice takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards of veterinary care.

We're on the lookout for a driven and collaborative Clinical Director to join our client. As a key figure in our practice, you will play a pivotal role in steering their clinical direction and ensuring the continued success of the practice. Your enthusiasm and leadership will be instrumental in driving clinical development and fostering a cohesive team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership or management experience within a veterinary setting. However, we also encourage experienced vets looking to advance their careers to apply. Key Duties

• The position would ideally be full-time across five days per week, with a rotation of 1 in 5 Saturday mornings. You'll enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no out-of-hours, Sundays, or bank holiday duties.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered on the RCVS as a Veterinary Surgeon
• Eligible to work in the UK
• 5 Years' minimum Vet Surgeon experience
