Orthopaedic Territory Sales Role

Senior surgical sales opportunity in Orthopaedics, focussed in hip and knee, with innovative products and competitive package.

Our client is a highly reputable leading manufacturer of hip and knee implants, offering state of the art solutions across the surgical environment.

They are looking for an experienced orthopaedic sales professional to join their established, forward thinking team.

You will be responsible for the firms established business on territory, working closely with the surgical teams, alongside driving new business and taking a lead promoting the robotic assisted technology, and selling comprehensive solutions to the surgeons and hospitals.

The main focus of the territory will be South central, across Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, as well as some wider coverage.

Key Duties

  • You will be working within a well develop, high performing territory and will be tasked with nurturing existing accounts whilst actively seeking out growth opportunities
  • You will receive support from an established team of sales professionals
  • Provide a professional and intuitive sales experience for all clients
  • Carry out the full sales cycle, interacting with all professional partners both internally and externally
  • Conduct clinical in-service training programs with appropriate customers
  • You will receive market leading training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management and internal sources


Package and Benefits

  • Basic - Flexible depending on experience £40k - £60k
  • Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure
  • Pension, training, medical, car allowance


Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Candidates need direct theatre sales experience of at least 2 years, ideally working within orthopaedics
  • You will be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellence
  • Must be degree educated ideally in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
  • Candidates must be motivated, ambitious, ethical, highly organised and a strong communication
