I’m Liam Fordham and I have worked for Prospect Health since 2009. I started as a graduate resourcer and I worked my way up the company to become operations director in 2014. On my journey I have seen the company grow from strength to strength, starting to operate in new healthcare vertical markets as well as expanding our reach across the world. I am really proud of what we have achieved as a company and am delighted that we are now partnered with some of the world’s leading healthcare organisations and have become the supplier of choice for medical professionals looking for new roles across the world.

Our growth has been exceptional and is down to the great team we have working here at Prospect Health. Their ability to build relationships through understanding our client and candidates needs is exceptional and they consistently deliver a high quality service for all the people who use our service. Our reputation for exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of our proposition and something we live and die by!

Being at the forefront of healthcare recruitment comes with its challenges but it is highly engaging and rewarding and I have met some amazing people along the way. I am looking forward to what is around the corner for Prospect Health as we constantly strive to deliver the best for the people we work with.

Outside of work I am kept extremely busy with my three daughters (sadly none of them follow my passion for football and Leeds United – but there still time yet!). We love spending time in the great outdoors and regardless of the weather we always look to be out and about whenever we have the free time to do so.
