Optometry Recruitment Consultant

I am Trent. I am a recruitment consultant for Prospect Health in the otometry division. My work involves optical support staff, including optical assistants, dispensing opticians, contact lens opticians, lab technicians, and managers in London and the South East of England. I am new to Prospect Health and started my journey in January 2024. I am self-driven and enjoy helping people find the right job suited for them in the optometry division. Being a professional businessman and friendly, this job is a dream for me, as I have been in hospitality for many years, so understanding what people want and are looking for comes easy to me. Outside of work, I am the dad of a one-year-old and have 5 dogs that I need to keep entertained. This means going on long hikes, lots of running, and family lunches just to have that quality time. I love the outdoors and training, and I compete in many different sports. I am a very motivated person; when I set my mind to something, I will achieve it. Right now, it’s finding candidates best suited to their jobs, and companies are looking for great candidates best suited to their roles. I find it very rewarding when I can make both parties happy and love the work environment that Prospect Health creates.
